Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling all inbound calls, outbound calls and/or online chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products \xe2\x80\xa2 To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills (ability to speak in fluent English will be an added advantage) \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply \xe2\x80\x93 Full Training Provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts (where applicable).
