  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics
  • Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements and skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
Job Type: Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
