The position forms an integral part of the Leads qualifications support team strategy which provides XCL MY schools a complete customer engagement through its omni-channel centre (outbound calls, online chat, social, inbound and others).
Key focus of the role is toe lead a team of contact centre agents to engage with potential and existing parents through its omni-channel centre to identify genuine sales leads for delivery to, and conversion by, our campuses admission teams while maintaining strong focus on providing a high-quality customer experience.
