Engage and nurture client relationships
by reaching out to potential and existing clients, conducting timely follow-ups, and scheduling meetings to strengthen partnerships and advance business opportunities.
Develop and deliver customized business solutions
that align with clients' unique objectives, operational needs, and risk profiles to enhance satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation.
Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the business network.
Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Management.
Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to ongoing insurance initiatives in both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
