Position: Cambodian / Khmer SNS Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM5,400 + Commission

Skills:

• Experience in sales and digital marketing
• Fluent in Cambodia Khmer (speaking, reading, and writing)

Responsibilities:

• Contact new and existing customers via telephone and email daily to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on revenue growth.
• Acquire new advertisers within the SMB space.
• Offer pre and post-sales support for all products.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients\' experience, drive higher product adoption, and increase spending.
• Develop expertise in all Facebook advertising solutions, including Instagram.
• Analyze trends and problem-solve for multiple SMB clients.
• Gather valuable product insights and customer feedback to relay to the engineering team.
• Showcase success stories of customers who have achieved business growth using our products.
• Utilize various tools such as MS Excel, Salesforce, and others to research, communicate, and sell to customers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written Cambodia Khmer (native-level proficiency).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in sales and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Facebook advertising solutions and tools.
• Ability to identify trends and provide innovative solutions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Prior experience in managing SMB clients is preferred.
• Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
