*Tasks: Front office staff handles the transactions between the hotel and its guests.
Staff receives the guests, handles their requests and strikes the first impression about the hotel into their minds. It also provides assistance to guests during their stay, completes their accommodation, does accounts, sales and receives payment from guests. Staff working in the front office can also deal with simple administrative tasks, such as sorting out emails, reservations, helping out on printing and typing works.
- Education: Minimum SPM –
- Beginners accepted.
- Good presentation and good work ethics required.
- Must be good in people relation (PR) and comfortable with guests from different backgrounds.
- Must be comfortable with administrative tasks and basic accounts.
- Must understand Current SOP and service in hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English and Malay language.
- Optional: other language(s).
- Obligatory: Must be fully vaccinated
