- Manage workflow optimization through automation, coordinating activities, and addressing risks for continuous process improvement.
- Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success, understanding client objectives and brand identity.
- Coordinate and execute projects and promotions according to client requirements.
- Maintain platform store content and update product details and price points.
- Conduct SKU hygiene checks, analyze key reports for sales and order performance, and fluently operate seller centers.
- Analyze and report site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).
- Build strong relationships with site operations team to ensure proper execution of capacity plan and provide workflow management guidance.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Thai.
- Minimum 3 years of E-commerce background experience, preferably with E-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in operating seller centers, conducting SKU hygiene checks, and analyzing key reports.
- Preferred knowledge of E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and/or CMSs (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).
