Tanggungjawab

Liaise with customer son a daily basis to seek approvals and provide updates.
Focus all departments to ensure customer satisfaction is always high.
Ensure all campaign deliverables are tracked and delivered on time and within Budget and Scope
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal resources (i.e. editorial & telemarketing team)
Planning and managing all marketing activities by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assets and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
Work with operations team to prepare client reports and personally verify the customer reports are in line with deliverables.
Utilise the reports from our operations team are discuss internally to identify issues and problem - i.e. revise scripts, leads rejection, leads delay, webinar RVSP not coming in as expected timeframe.
When reviewing campaign execution and results, propose new actions plan to get improve results where required.
