Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Facing
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Deliverable on time and within
  • Budget and Scope Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal resources (i.e. editorial & telemarketing team)
  • Planning and managing all marketing activities by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assets and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
  • Verify the customer reports are in line with deliverables
  • Utilise the reports from COPs are discuss internally to identify issues and problem \xe2\x80\x93 ie revise scripts, leads rejection, leads delay, webinar RVSP not coming in as expected timeframe
  • Propose new actions plan to get better results
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / Diploma holder
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite especially Excel
  • Must be excellent in English both orally and written
  • Highly organised, process oriented and able to cope with pressure
