Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis\xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights & recommendations for required optimisations\xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with multiple stakeholders across functions in the organization to program manage campaign planning for cross-category campaigns\xe2\x80\xa2 Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
\xe2\x80\xa2 Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management, Consumer behaviour, Marketing or related field\xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1-2 years of experience in campaign management and/or e-commerce onsite merchandising\xe2\x80\xa2 Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive\xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journey\xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines\xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\xe2\x80\xa2 Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs
