We're looking for a
Campaign Services Executive
to join our dynamicKL COE Campaign Services
team!In this exciting role, you'll manage end-to-end campaign operations -- from creative asset clearance and production to traffic coordination and distribution -- ensuring flawless delivery across multiple media platforms using our XR platform.
What You'll Do:
Manage client accounts and act as the key liaison between brands, creative and media agencies.
Prepare traffic instructions, handle clearance and compliance, and manage production/distribution orders. Support campaign estimation, billing, and cross-regional collaboration with teams in Canada, London, and beyond. Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Advertising, Broadcast, or Production industries. Strong client servicing and communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and time management. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools (training provided). Fluent in English and able to work ANZ hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
