The Campaign Services Executive is a key role within the Campaign Services team at the Kuala
Lumpur Center of Excellence (KL COE), responsible for end-to-end management of creative asset clearance, production orders, traffic instructions, and distribution for advertising campaigns. The role serves as a liaison between clients, creative agencies, media agencies, and internal global teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution across multiple media platforms using the XR platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage multiple client accounts, acting as the primary contact for campaign service delivery.
Gather campaign details from clients, brand teams, creative agencies, post-production houses, and media buying agencies.
Traffic Management:
Prepare and distribute traffic instructions through the platform. Synthesize campaign data to generate accurate and timely traffic orders. Training will be provided on the XR platform.
Clearance & Compliance:
Coordinate closely with global clearance teams to ensure all campaign materials comply with local broadcast standards and clearance requirements.
Production & Distribution Orders:
Create and manage production orders (e.g., captioning, encoding) and distribution orders in the platform, ensuring accurate instructions are included.
Campaign Estimation & Billing:
Generate traffic estimates for existing and potential clients. Ensure timely tracking and reporting of billables for accurate monthly invoicing.
Workflow & Prioritization:
Prioritize urgent tasks within dynamic client workflows while managing high volumes across various industries and markets.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
Collaborate with regional teams in Canada, London, and other COEs to support a globalized operations model.
Project Participation:
Support additional projects or duties as assigned by leadership to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Advertising, broadcasting, Production, or related industry
Familiarity with the broadcast TV/Radio landscape and broadcast traffic procedures
Experience in client servicing and stakeholder communication
Knowledge of media buying tools and clearance/talent rights is a benefit.
Skills & Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Google Workspace equivalents
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities
High attention to detail and quality control
Comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
