For more information, please visit www.deliveryhero.com About The Role As a Campaign Specialist, you will be required to create, develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive acquisitions and orders as well as boost brand awareness for all our business verticals. The ideal candidate is equipped with a knowledge of advertising items production, a natural inclination to learn and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive initiative execution while managing the expectations of various business stakeholders. The candidate should possess an analytical mind and be able to come up with feasible action plans based on campaign data analysis and local logistics constraints. Responsibilities Work with a team to conceptualize, develop and execute mega campaigns in foodpanda. Conceptualize, develop and execute campaigns from the Managed category Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including social media, paid ads, offline, business development, design and operations to drive traffic for the campaigns Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns by taking on the role of a project manager and ensuring that milestones are met in a timely manner Review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance post campaign season Utilize data to innovate new ideas and improve SOPs to drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines Involving key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives Develop new lead nurture campaigns and workflow to provide improved MQLs. To lead and manage the marketing campaigns and lead generation for events. Initiate and collaborate with Internal Marketing, Sales, Service Team and Channel Partners to generate creative and informative campaigns to generate net new leads. To lead and conduct full end-to-end campaign execution from planning, targeting, setup, testing, reporting and optimization across multiple channels. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and activities. To manage the delivery of marketing support to other departments within the team. Manage and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. To manage external PR agency with devise creative and relevant press. To lead the write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) and social media presence. Requirements Min. 2-3 years of experience in marketing campaigns Bachelor\'s degree in marketing and communications or a related field from a recognized university Excellent command of English Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management preferred Highly meticulous and good at coordination, be able to meet tight deadlines Strong project management and executional abilities Ability to be creative operationally and strategically Strong work ethics and performance-driven Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment What We Offer Career growth - We believe that everyone owns their career and you will be supported with the framework and structure for you to craft your learning experience in foodpanda.
