To build a community of C-suites by connecting and engaging the C-suites candidates and ensure we build a strong stream of pipelines of C-suites candidates\' pool
Research, identify and match C-suites candidates to job requirements accordingly
Build strong relationships with both passive and active candidates; meeting face-to-face in networking sessions
Assist in the selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and the internal recruiting teams
Initiate, manage and maintain candidate relationships; ensure all candidates have the best possible recruitment experience, regardless of the outcome
Plan, organize and run events be it webinar or physical
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Proficient with all recruitment\'s activities (e.g recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating).
Direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques including advertising, LinkedIn etc.
Well-organized & able to handle multiple tasks systematically.
Fluent in spoken & written English.
Strong working knowledge of all social networks.
Creative solutions for recruitment demand to meet stakeholder requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, providing a personal touch for new starter onboarding, from offer to start.
