- Qualification: Diploma or higher.
- Fresh Graduates: Encouraged to apply, full training provided.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience: 1 year in the service industry is a plus.
- Work Conditions: Willing to work Monday to Friday, including public holidays, and relocate to George Town, Penang.
- Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls while ensuring professional sales and customer service behaviors.
- Consultative Approach: Identify customer needs and offer solutions through relevant products and services.
- Communication: Adaptable and clear communicator, engaging with diverse audiences.
- Teamwork & Growth: Eager to learn, collaborate, and thrive in a team environment.
- Time Management: Skilled at multitasking and managing time effectively.
