Job Highlights

Responsibility

Handle all inbound calls and emails.
Provide the kindest assistance to resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and booking reservations through customer service and accurate information.
Maintain good communication and relationship with relevant departments.
Ensure all SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are met appropriately.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a professional manner.
Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.
Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Well-Conversed in both Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type ) is a must.
Basic English is acceptable.
Fluent in speaking Cantonese would be an added advantage!
SPM holder is acceptable
Have no issue to be based at Petaling Jaya office.
Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift)!
Have no issue working 5 rotational days per week (Including Weekend & Public Holidays)!
Able to start on a short notice

Salary: Basic UP TO RM 4,000 (Subject to Experience & Interview Performance) + Up to RM500 KPI Allowance
