Requirements

• High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Spoken)
• Must be able to work on 9am to 6pm (9 hours per day, 5 days per week), and public holiday
• Able to start work immediately (Intake date: October/November 2022)
• Required experience: (SPM/Diploma/Degree holder) minimum 1 year call center / customer service;
• Experienced in handling inbound calls would be an added advantage!

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
• Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.
• You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
• Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
• Continuously identify work process improvements.

• Salary package: Basic Up to RM 4,000 + (Subject to the interview performance + Last withdrawn salary) + Allowance
• Working Location: KL Sentral (Strategic working location reachable by public transport
• MNC Working Environment.
• Paid Training Provided (Intake date: October/November 2022)
