Deliver high quality solutions (classroom; virtual webinars; online eLearning) in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes.Assess learning and development needs of individuals and teams.Design blended learning solutions and interventions using a variety of learning tools to deliver training workshops, demonstrations, presentations, job specific toolkits and learning modules.Plan, schedule and deliver training workshops, both online and in-person.Provide coaching and mentoring, at individual and team levels to improve performance gaps and reinforce best practices.Perform training evaluation, data analysis and present functional learning and development reports to management.Actively promote and communication about L&D tools, products, and processes. to educate, excite and build commitment to the L&D agenda and drive learning culture.Maintain and update the company's learning platform, working closely with the platform technology vendor.Lifecycle management of training resources and materials, knowledge repository, including digital content.Plans instructional design projects.Build Trust: Work closely with the Division leadership teams and provide guidance on capability and competency requirements.Consistently engage with employees across levels to develop functional skills and knowledge.Serve as the main resource for employees and managers regarding functional learning and development matters for the divisions. One Team:Work collaboratively with other stakeholders within and outside the Divisions to maintain high quality training delivery. Engage and work with Functional Capability Leads from Retail, Sales and Operations, and the broader group of trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the business for alignment to group learning strategies and objectives.Work with peers under training operations to facilitate Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) requirements in training design and delivery.Move Fast: Enjoy working in a fast-moving transformation journey. Quick to adapt, have a sense of urgency and act quickly based on the business needs. Acquires and applies new technology skills to instructional design practice. Delight Customers: Deliver high-value service in solution delivery of Learning and Development to the business.Apply advanced adult learning theories into practical, application-based learning strategy.Design learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply.Maintain relationships and network with external professional advisors, consultant, and industry peers. Gain market latest best practices, insights, trends, and benchmarks. Job requirements: Minimum 5 - 10 years of Learning and Development experience with ability to engage business functions effectively and work across different levels of stakeholders.Able to contribute to translating business objectives into learning and development initiatives.Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technologyExperience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment Good understanding of HTML, and Flash in the context of Learning TechnologiesStrong proficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate Suite/Articulate Storyline).Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.Able to demonstrate practical application of organisational learning and development tools and concepts. Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.Knowledge on the latest trends and methodologies in adult learning principles.Significant experience managing engagements with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication (oral & written), with the ability to share a compelling point of view.Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and be able to manage project timelines and/or deadlines.
