Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for Capex Network Inventory (NI), Capital-Work-In-Progress (CWIP), Fixed Asset Register (FAR), Leases Perform monitoring and managing system & manual processes of Capex NI, CWIP up to the records in the FAR & Lease Accounting Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting, reconciliations & analysis of the monthly/quarterly/yearly Capex & Lease accounting Responsible for maintenance of the FAR & Lease Asset Register Responsible to ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and Group policies Liaison with external auditors, internal control team, internal tax team Able to identify & improve the manual processes, business processes and system issues in a more efficient manner, where appropriate Work on ad-hoc projects/analyzes including systems user-acceptance testing Execute project documentation and collation of project documents into database with minimal guidance and supervision Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time Requirements: Working experience in audit or commercial experiences preferred Possess good accounting knowledge of relevant experience in accounting (with capex & lease accounting will be value added) Degree in Accountancy or other recognized professional accounting qualifications Advanced excel skill, financial analysis experience and statistical knowledge preferred Strong logical abilities and analytical mindset with good numeral skills.
