Description

To supervise the daily operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service\xef\xbf\xbdand compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To supervise the daily operations of the to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and procedures and to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality.
2. Supervise and control the maintenance/sanitation of the equipment to protect the assets and ensure quality service.
3. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
4. Supervise and direct to the Restaurant Manager including F&B associates.
5. Schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline, as appropriate.
6. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
