: To assists the supervisor, Executive / Assistant manager / Manager of Food & Beverage in performing their duties in their absence. To supervise, To coordinate, To assist and support all food server & To assign staffs for daily assignment/task. To report directly to Assistant Manager / Manager on daily operational issues or customer feedbacks & performing service recovery. Must be able to perform inventory & stocks ordering and ensures cleanliness of bar area is maintain at utmost hygiene standard level. Training F&B Server for basic knowledge and operation flow related to beverages/Food Serving Ability to handle cashiering system for payment or keying in orders if required. To closely monitor on all safety and hygiene standard during operational period.
