Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor car park equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Handle customer payments accurately and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation. Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Monitor and manage vehicle flow to ensure orderly entry and exit. Report any suspicious activity, illegal parking, or operational irregularities to supervisor. Perform additional tasks when required based on operational needs.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications: SPM or equivalent. Experience: Past working experience as cashier shall be an added advantage. Able to work on rotating shift schedules (weekends / public holidays included) Skills / Competencies: Physically and mentally fit. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic technical knowledge is an added advantage.
