We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Service Advisor
to join our Peugeot 3S Centre team. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
Prepare job sheets, cost estimates, and explain service requirements
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Update customers on repair progress and recommendations
Handle service records, warranty claims, and invoicing
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Malaysian citizen
SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Automotive or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive service
Experience in automotive service or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Strong customer-handling skills and positive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Possess a valid driving license
