We are looking for a Career Consultant who is passionate about helping job seekers improve their resumes, understand their strengths, and identify suitable career paths. This role involves reviewing resumes, advising customers, and guiding them toward positions that match their skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyse customer resumes to identify strengths, gaps, and areas of improvement.
Provide personalised career advice and recommendations based on each customer's background.
Suggest suitable job positions according to their skills, experience, and industry fit.
Communicate professionally with customers through chat, call, or email.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth, supportive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer profiles and consultation notes.
Work closely with the internal team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Strong understanding of resume structure, career paths, and basic job market trends.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Customer service oriented, friendly, and able to handle different customer personalities.
Good attention to detail and ability to analyse candidate profiles.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
