Caregiver (resident Care Assistant)
Job Description
We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy Caregiver to join in providing excellent care to our residents. The caregiver will plan and follow a daily care schedule with residents, modify care plans as prescribed by medical professionals, and report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. Responsibilities Assist with resident\'s personal care, which include showering, toileting, grooming (hair cutting, nail cutting), bed, bath, diaper changing, dressing, and eating. Provide Companionship and Facilitating Recreational Activities Provide mobility assistance by lifting from bed to chair/wheelchair, or any assisted device Provide care for bedridden resident eg: regular turning in bed, pressure ulcer care Accompany resident to medical appointments Record and report changes in the residents\' physical condition, behavior and appearance to the supervisor. Perform daily vital signs assessment and glucose monitoring Adjust and administer resident\'s medication and provide treatments according to physician\'s orders Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.) Malaysian or PR Age above 18 Fit physically and hardworking Drug/HIV/Hep B & Hep C/TP free Able to read in Bahasa Malaysia & English No experience required [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-care-concierge-job-caregiver-resident-care-assistant]
