Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and service-minded individual to join our team as a Careline cum Admin Assistant at the Samsung Authorized Service Center in Sunway Pyramid. This hybrid role combines customer care (via calls/online) and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. It suits someone organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Careline Support

- Handle incoming customer calls and online inquiries

- Provide accurate information on services, warranty coverage, and repair procedures

- Assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate issues accordingly

2. Administrative & Front Desk Support

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation

- Support coordination with technicians and internal teams

- Monitor spare parts usage and movement (if applicable)

- Attend to walk-in customers and provide timely service updates

- Ensure professional communication at all times

3. Reporting & Coordination

- Assist in preparing daily operational reports

- Support internal admin-related coordination tasks

Requirements

- Minimum SPM qualification

- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Basic computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Open to fresh graduates

Working Hours

- 6 working days per week

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

- Shift 2: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
