You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient cargo operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and some experience in the logistics field.Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers with booking and tracking cargo shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of cargo
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Logistic or relevant study
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
