Responsibilities
1. Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
2. Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
3. Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
4. To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
5. Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
1. Min qualification : SPM with 2 year relevant work experience.
2. Candidate with or without customer service experience can apply.
3. Must be able to communicate and write well in ENGLISH.
4. Ability to speak MANDARIN AND ENGLISH (Dual language allowance of RM600) is an added advantage but not necessary.
5. Must be able to work on shift basis with additional allowance of RM150 (1 shift = 8.5 hours) (5 working days).
6. Shift Allowance RM9/day for shift that ends at 8pm onwards.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
