Carrier Relations Executive focusing on telecommunication solution projects with a well-known telecom solution brand.
Reporting to the Head of Carrier Relation you will work autonomously and will be the main point of contact for our partnered carriers to strengthen the relationship.
You will be responsible for managing the contractual relationships with a variety of Carriers and provide effective and strategic procurement and negotiation of carrier services and capabilities. As part of a team, you will work cross functionally, managing relationships with all carriers and both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and develop key working relationships with internal and external customers in assigned countries/regions to successfully drive further business and commitment
Manage the ongoing procurement with carriers, including contract management and negotiation of commercial supply terms
Successfully identify and compile all Carriers information including technical, legal, regulatory & commercial documentation
Identify and effectively manage any risks or issues.
Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports to highlight performance against business productivity with KPI such as quality and cost
Review and continuously improve all processes, policies, procedure and controls
Willing to work rotation during Public holidays.
QualificationsWhat you\'ll need to succeed:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in dealing with regulatory and industry bodies desirable
Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and levels
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
