Requirements
- Can-do attitude, resilience and with strong customer-focused mindset
- Able to communicate with customer or stakeholder effectively
- Willing to work during Malaysia public holiday
- Detail-oriented and willing to handle repetitive task
Key roles and responsibilities
- Manage and ensure team inventory is handled and assigned on time
- Review customer / stakeholder email and create case in our inventory tool, CLIC on timely manner and accurately
- Retrieve request to be handled via multiple sources and ensure details are being shared with necessary teams on time and precisely
- Prepare report and share with necessary teams regularly
- 5 days working
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
