In this role, you\'re expected to: Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
