Job Description


The Cash Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for performing cash management operations and team leader of the Callback Ops team. Scope includes handling client communication, support transformation and digitization projects in coordination with Regional P&R Ops Leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, return items and other operations
  • Perform callback or client contact activity
  • Coach and train junior team members to deliver effective, efficient customer care.
  • Carry out monthly call review to ensure quality and policy standards were adhered to.
  • Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points
  • Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions
  • Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
  • Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience
  • Analyze data / volume collected, generate report and present to higher management on project status.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • Min 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Can speak English fluently , also Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred. (To support HW & Taiwan Market
  • Effective communication , analytical skills and presentation skills
Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/University degree or equivalent experience
