We\xe2\x80\x99re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst - C11 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash & Trade Proc Intermediate Analyst - C11) based in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99re expected to:

• Responsible for day to day processing of Import/Export Bills under Letters of Credit, Collections and Trade Loans for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) White Label In-sourcing project and deliver services as per agreed service standards and turnaround times in compliance to applicable policies and procedures governing trade operations.
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) on Export related matters and recommend process improvements.
• Candidate also need to have strong technical skills in trade such as UCP600/URC522 and ISBP guidelines, strong comprehension on applicable trade compliance procedures and policies.
• Candidate is also required to participate in UAT/regression testing, understand the flow of the process, build/update standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for consistent improvement to ensure a LEAN process.
• Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables such as CBA Operation teams and Citi Technology team on daily operational matters and technology related issues.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you\xe2\x80\x99d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Solid years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management

• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Effective relationship management skills
• Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
