  • Experiences: Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  • Basic Math Skills: Competency in handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in processing payments and maintaining transaction records.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in attendance, with a strong sense of responsibility for the role.
Responsibilities(a) Manage outlet and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the outlet daily operations matters.(b) Assists to prepare, execute and monitor the outlet standard operating procedures (SOPs).(c) Provides high food quality standard, practice good hygiene and maintain a good health and safety standard in the outlet.(d) Provides good customer service.
