Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver friendly, polite, and attentive service to every guest. Operate the cashier counter efficiently, including scanning items and processing payments accurately. Address customer questions and resolve simple issues in a professional and timely manner. Verify that all product prices, discounts, and promotions are correctly applied during transactions. Manage payments made by cash, card, or other approved methods, ensuring accurate change is given. Count, reconcile, and balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift. Provide product details or pricing information to customers when requested. Adhere to all cashiering procedures and immediately report any discrepancies or unusual matters to the supervisor. Keep the cashier area neat, orderly, and safe, following hygiene and safety standards. Support other team members in daily operational tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B or retail sector is an added advantage. Good communication and people skills with a positive attitude. Flexible and able to handle varying job duties, schedules, and work environments. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
