Job Description


1. Responsible for answering incoming calls and directing guests to
meetings and appointments.

2. Greeting and receiving Members / Guests and customer service.

3. To ensure the details of Members / Guest\xe2\x80\x99s stay are accurate.

4. To answer, route and screen telephone calls.

5. Checking in guests, collecting information, processing transactions
and scheduling appointments.

6. To direct or escort guests to the appropriate office or department.

7. Recording messages for employees.

8. Updating appointment calendars.

9. Filing documentation and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

10. Responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions
or concerns as appropriate.

11. Accept deliveries, point visitors in the right direction, and answers basic
inquiries regarding the Club.

12. Key in transactions of payment received from Members and guests
and issue receipts.

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
