Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to all customers. Handle the cashier counter by scanning items, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are correct. Respond to customer questions and handle minor concerns quickly and courteously. Make sure all prices, discounts, and promotions are accurately applied during payment. Process transactions using cash, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods while ensuring accurate change is given. Open and close the cash register daily, ensuring proper balance and record accuracy. Offer product information or pricing details when requested by customers. Follow company cashiering procedures and report any issues or irregular transactions to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety around the cashier and customer areas. Assist colleagues with general operational duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage or retail field. Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills. Able to adapt to rotating shifts and various job responsibilities. Responsible, accurate, and trustworthy in handling cash and customer transactions.
