Job Description
Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency; \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurately verify or enter the customer\xe2\x80\x99s information on our systems; \xe2\x80\xa2 Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations; \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team; \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep up to date with Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products, services and policies; \xe2\x80\xa2 Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit; \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the record of your daily transaction Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors
