Job Description

Responsible for all process Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requests and to see the merchandise coming into the Resort has been properly record and is in acceptable condition before it is passed onto the storerooms or departments concern. To make price comparison of vendors with the open market pricing through market survey; Maintaining and keeping all the files for PR , PO, and any necessary report for audit purpose. To ensure the timely arrival of goods ordered vied the Purchase Order without fail. To ensure that goods are only being ordered from the Authorized or appointed vendors; preferable from companies within Group Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts Maintain clean, organize and proper store. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,600.00 per month Benefits:
