Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide warm, courteous, and attentive service to all guests. Manage the cashier counter by scanning items, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurate. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all product prices and promotional discounts are correctly applied during checkout. Handle payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods, and return correct change when applicable. Balance and verify the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. Provide customers with product pricing or information upon request. Follow all cashiering procedures and report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with hygiene standards. Assist team members with routine operational tasks when required.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to adapt to changing responsibilities, shifts, and working environments. Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
