Veterinary Tech / Cat Nurse
Job Description
A rare opportunity for the right person to become a specialist in the medical practice, pharmaceuticals, and animal care skills as Veterinary Technician / cat nurse for 300+/- cats and kittens. Your tasks will focus on monitoring cats' health, preparing and giving medications, keeping records and carrying out veterinarians' instructions for recovery from wounds and illness, as well as preparation for adoption. You will be expected to do research and become knowledgeable in all aspects of feline medicine, and will work with veterinarians, pharmacists and the CB Team on emergency and routine care. Qualifications: Must like cats! Office computer skills for data entry, research, social media. Comfortable in English language. Friendly, responsible, reliable, able to work independently. Interested and able to learn and apply new skills. You will work closely with the CB Team to ensure the cats receive the highest possible standard of care. You can save lives and really make a difference for cats and the people who love them.
