Job Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in being the foremost technical executive regarding the company\'s animal health product ranges. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer\'s inquiries and resolving issues related to the products. You will also be guiding both customers and internal team members toward achieving successful outcomes in the realm of Veterinary Services in the Northern region of Malaysia.

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the field, delivering expert technical support, monitoring product deployments, and gathering evidence of product successes.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers through regular visits, events, and communication.
• Propose, initiate, and develop technical materials and resources.
• Respond promptly to customer troubleshooting needs by scheduling immediate visits and taking necessary actions to resolve reported issues.
• Conduct routine customer visits, offer professional consultations, engage in regular communication, analyse results, and plan reviews.
• Provide technical and scientific guidance to customers and sales personnel.
• Develop technical training programs to share knowledge with customers and local Veterinary Services teams.
• Design, propose, and oversee product trials and implementation processes to ensure effectiveness.
• Continuously update the Veterinary Services Manager on achievements, challenges, and recent customer developments.
• Share activity protocols and trial findings with colleagues.
• Attend corporate training, conferences, seminars, and events related to their areas of expertise.
• Maintain a network of connections with Animal Health institutes, laboratories, universities, Key Opinion Leaders, equipment suppliers, etc., to stay informed about emerging technologies.

• Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably with major in Veterinary Medicine or a related technical field with a Veterinarian license in Malaysia.
• Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of strong experience within the poultry and/or swine sector, along with knowledge of the Malaysian market and industry players.
• Experience in other animal species may also be taken into account.
• Strong technical skills in stakeholder management, product services knowledge, scientific innovations and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel in northern region of Malaysia.
