foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world\'s leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwideWe are seeking an entrepreneurial Category Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting selected categories within foodpanda\'s pandamart team. He/She will assist the Category Managers to manage product content, ensure system accuracy, promotion setup and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.This role will be based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and will be reporting to our Category Manager in Singapore.Responsibilities:Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of system, catalog, orders and promotions setupsFollow up with suppliers to ensure accurate submission of new product listing forms, promotion proposals and trade plansPromotion setup (in-house promotion tool)Coordinate with In-Charge from the Principal brands (supplier/brand owner) should there be any missing information that are required for processing to be completedAssist in editing any images (cropping, changing background colours and resizing) should they come - not meeting the basic requirements or send back to principal brands for them to reworkAssist in any other ad-hoc administration / coordination work that is required, acting as a middle person between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the work flow is operationally smoothQualificationsRequirements:Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel: V-lookup, Pivot table) and Google SheetsExperience in Tableau & Salesforce (Good to have and training will be provided)Good communicator, responsible and takes initiativeFresh graduates are welcome to applyAdditional InformationWhat we offer:A dynamic and challenging working environment with a steep learning curveResponsibility from day one in the leading food delivery company in the worldThe opportunity to be part of a happy, high functioning and smart teamPeriodic fun, engaging company events & team activitiesA company committed to developing you personally and professionally.A vibrant and international team with diverse backgrounds from all over the worldA culture that empowers you to take full ownership of your work and careerOur parent company, Delivery Hero, is a global leader in the food delivery industry processing over 3 million orders every day and operating in 40+ markets in the world, with 18,000 employees and approximately 500,000+ restaurant partners.
