Position: Shipping Coordinator
:
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing
- Oversee all outbound movement from warehouse till delivery to customer.
- Acknowledgement the definition of custom forms function.
- Liaise with CSR/Sales Team for the shipping arrangements.
- Reporting any external or internal issue/s to superior and team leader.
- Resolve any discrepancies highlighted by CSR/Sales Team.
- Updating the tracking shipment into WMS.
- To support other warehouse operations when required
- At least 2 years of shipping / freight forwarding experience.
- Basic Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office, Replying Emails)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking
- Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage
