A Category Manager with a well-known retail organisation looking to grow and expand the team Your new company With demand increasing, this fast growing local organisation is seeking to expand its services across Malaysia and looking for a strong Purchasing Manager to be based in Ipoh Your new role Expansion plans in place, the role will be leveraging on your category management experience, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare or Health food & Baby, working closely with the Sales team to understand market demands and supply goods that will drive sales. You will be responsible over the complete Procure-to-Pay process and play a big part as an advisory to understand and strategise product elimination and inclusions. What you\'ll need to succeed Strong ability to communicate with, and convince stakeholders from various backgrounds Proven experience in managing the following categories: Health Food and Baby, Personal Care or Skincare Strong understanding of the complete procure-to-pay process/merchandising experience is an advantage Retail industry background is a must Proficient in Mandarin (Written and Spoken) What you\'ll get in return Attractive remuneration package with allowances.
