Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring event needs are fulfilled while building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams such as kitchen, banquet, sales, and housekeeping to deliver flawless and memorable events.
Manage event budgets, optimize revenue opportunities, and ensure compliance with hotel service.
Requirements:
Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
