What You'll Do:

Lead the Kitchen:

Ensure all dishes meet our

high safety and quality standards

(ISO 22000 & HACCP).

Deliver Culinary Excellence:

Prepare and serve food that is not just delicious but also

safe and consistent

Plan & Innovate:

Design menus, incorporating

seasonal ingredients, cost control, and customer preferences

.

Train & Develop Staff:

Foster a

skilled and motivated

kitchen team, ensuring all chefs follow strict food handling procedures.

Monitor Stock & Orders:

Oversee ingredient procurement and

optimize inventory management

to prevent wastage.

Ensure Food Safety & Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to

ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards

.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

Innovate with new recipes and keep up with

modern culinary techniques

.

Customer Satisfaction:

Receive feedback, adapt, and

continuously improve menu offerings

What We Expect From You:

Culinary Excellence:

Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

Experience Matters:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a professional kitchen (preferred).

Food Safety Focus:

Strong knowledge of

ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP regulations

.

Leadership & Teamwork:

Ability to

mentor kitchen staff

and coordinate seamless operations.

Detail-Oriented:
