• Experience in a banquet or buffet is a plus
• Strong time management & must be punctual
• Basic food safety knowledge
• Hardworking, reliable, and a team player

• Assist Chef in preparing Malaysian cuisine for events
• Prep ingredients, cook, and plate according to standards
• Keep your workstation clean & follow food safety rules
• Help manage kitchen stock and maintain equipment
• Work at a fast pace & support team during peak hours
• Must work on weekends or holidays when events are scheduled
