At least 2 years of experience in F&B or catering operations
Good leadership and team management skills
Able to work under pressure and solve problems on the spot
Customer-focused and service-oriented
Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced event environments
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if required
Possessing your own transport is an advantage

Oversee catering setup, service flow, and teardown on-site
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams for smooth event execution
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
Act as the main point of contact for clients during events
Manage and train part-time or service staff when needed
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events
Monitor stock, equipment, and supplies related to catering service
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
