Responsibilities
Pack food and equipment accurately using
SOPs + checklists
Load/unload catering equipment (cambros, crates, tables, chafers, decor items)
On-site buffet setup: layout, warmer/chafing setup, labeling, presentation checks
Service support: replenishment, cleanliness, and maintaining buffet standards
Hygiene & food safety discipline (sanitising, handling rules, temperature awareness)
Teardown, clearing, and return-to-kitchen procedures (sorting, cleaning, reporting)
Communicate clearly with supervisors during tight timelines
Working Style
Flexible hours
: start/end times vary based on event timing
Overtime is common
and paid; in busy months OT can go up to
~100 hours/month
Some weekends / public holidays required when event schedule demands
Requirements
Reliable attendance + punctuality
Comfortable with physical work
Able to work flexible hours and travel to event sites
Good hygiene habits and willingness to follow SOPs strictly
Team player, calm under pressure
Bonus (advantage)
Catering/banquet/event crew experience
Driving license (D) / can drive company vehicle (if applicable)
Experience with buffet setup / chafers / hot holding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,968.66 - RM4,680.41 per month
